Requirements to the borrower:

Important !!! Required! Take a photo before, on time and after installing the equipment. For boilers it is necessary to submit a photo before the installation and after its completion. If the existing equipment is replaced with an energy-efficient one, it is necessary to make a photo of the boiler to be replaced. When installing a new boiler, you need to take a photo of the room (location), where the project provides for the installation of a new boiler prior to its installation. After completing the installation, you need to take a picture of the connected boiler (with strapping).

Stage 1. Initial registration in the IQ energy system after the loan is issued:

a. The borrower passes by the link https://www.iqenergy24.com;

b. The Borrower gives its consent to the use of personal data, as required by the legislation of Ukraine;

c. The borrower fills in the template, providing information about himself (name, first name and contact details) and information about the loan (bank name, loan form, due date or date of purchase, etc.);

d. The Borrower confirms the fact of acquaintance with these Terms and Conditions;

e. The borrower expects an invitation from the Grant Management System to proceed to Phase 2. Such an invitation will be granted only to those borrowers that meet the eligibility criteria. The invitation comes to the e-mail, which you indicated in the application. It is necessary to specify only the actual, valid, email address to which you have access.

It is important to understand !!! The boiler must be installed no later than four months from the date of receipt of the loan.

In order to proceed to the second stage of applying for verification and receiving a grant, the project must be fully completed. The boiler must already be installed!

If all the conditions are met, you will receive a letter to the email address. It will contain the information you indicated in the preliminary application and the confirmation that you can file a request for verification (project verification) and receive 35% compensation from the IQ energy program. This letter will contain a unique link for submitting an application for verification (Step 2).

Step 2. Completing and submitting the request form for verification (verification):

f. The borrower receives a secure hyperlink and proceeds to the template of the request form for verification;

g. The borrower fills in the template, providing additional information about himself (bank account for crediting the grant), the location of the apartment and the photo of the realized project. At this stage, the borrower is also required to provide the necessary documents for the successful implementation of the project;

h. The Borrower confirms its agreement with these Terms and Conditions and provides additional declarations in support of the fulfillment of the eligibility criteria;

i. The Borrower sends the Request for Verification Request Form. Presentation of the Request for Verification Request form is considered as an application for a grant under the IQ energy program.

Important !!! Step 1 must be performed in one communication session, without interruption. Stage 2 can be performed in several sessions or sessions. For this, the borrower can save the blank template and return to it later.

If all information is correct, a message will appear on the screen: "Your request for compensation under the IQ energy program and the documents have been successfully received, thank you!"

To ensure compliance with the energy efficiency criteria of IQ energy, each project submitted for compensation is tested or verified. At the moment of passing the verification your credit must be valid, outstanding. After a successful confirmation from the bank that you do have a loan, at will, you can repay the loan ahead of schedule.

IQ energy grants are paid in euros to the personal account of the borrower in the member bank of the program in which the loan was received. To pay the grant, you must have an account with the bank where you took out a loan for a solid fuel boiler. Grant payments occur once a month.
