Industrial boiler for long-term combustion Marten Industrial MI - 95 kW is the optimal solution for heating areas up to 1000 m sq. M. It can be either private houses, or industrial premises, warehouses, office premises, car washes, etc.

The solid-fuel boiler Marten Industrial MI-95 with a capacity of 95 kW has a large fuel loading chamber. The volume of the furnace is 900 liters.

To produce this model, steel grade 09G2S 6 mm thick is used. The weight of the boiler is 1200 kg.

At the first stage of production, the boiler is welded by a robot, then, if necessary, by a person. After welding, the boiler blank is pressurized (filled with high-pressure water) on a special stand under high pressure. This procedure guarantees the tightness of the boiler and its resistance to peak loads.

The boiler Marten Industrial MI-95 has a rectangular horizontal shape, which allowed to constructively extend the furnace. And now you can heat this boiler with firewood with a length of 1 m.

The main element of the construction of this boiler is a heat exchanger. Boiler heat exchanger The 95 kW boiler is made in the form of plates and is located in the back of the boiler. To increase the heat exchange area and reduce the aerodynamic resistance of the boiler, the heat exchanger has an inclined shape.

The boiler is equipped with pipe cooled grates, which are made of seamless pipes 6 mm thick.

The inner and outer walls of the jacket are interconnected by special screeds, which allow the boiler to withstand the pressure of the coolant. To ensure safety and reduce the heat loss of the boiler, it has an external shell under which is a heater.

The chimney has a circular section with a diameter of 270 mm.

The 95 kW boiler of the Marten Industrial boiler is equipped with the Polish automation TM TECH (very simple, reliable, with an intuitive interface). The control panel provides control of the air supply to the furnace and the operation of the circulation pump, which allows to achieve the longest period of the autonomous operation of the boiler without loading.

Boiler maintenance is reduced to removing ash from the ash box and cleaning the boiler's heat exchanger and the walls of the combustion chamber.

Access to the heat exchanger for its cleaning is carried out through the technological hatches located on top of the boiler. After cleaning, the ash falls to the bottom of the heat exchanger from where it must be removed through the side inspection doors.
