The economical solid fuel boiler TM "MARTEN" of the Marten Praktik series is an autonomous solid fuel boiler with a heat output of 25 kW (for rooms up to 250 square meters).

Economical solid fuel boilers of long burning Marten Praktik are designed for heating domestic, industrial and other premises in which the central heating system is equipped, for preparing and supplying heat for technological needs using wood, peat briquettes, sawdust and peat briquettes as fuel coal.

The design of the economical Marten Praktik 25 kW boiler makes it possible to maximize the use of heat, which is emitted when burning various types of low-calorie solid fuels, while the highest heat output of the boiler is achieved by burning anthracite.

Operation of the boiler is possible only in the manual mode of supplying solid fuel. This is a reliable, highly efficient, economical heating boiler made of 4 mm boiler steel, not demanding on the quality of the fuel.

Structurally, the Marten Praktik 25 kW boiler is a prefabricated welded structure consisting of a housing with a combustion chamber (firebox). The convection part of the boiler consists of a heat exchanger. Grate bars are made of thick-walled, seamless, water-cooled pipes, which makes it impossible to burn through them. The combustion chamber on the perimeter has a water jacket, which allows for an efficiency of 85%. The doors are made on the principle of sandwich panels, it allows you to protect the user from burns during operation. Additionally, around the perimeter, the doors are sealed with a ceramic cord, which does not allow smoke and the smell of burning into the room, and, in order to preserve the integrity of the firebox, even after a long time, adjustable hinges are installed on the boiler. The boiler body is reliably protected by powder painting. On the facade is an electronic thermometer.

The design of the economical solid fuel boiler Marten Praktik 25 kW provides the possibility of installing a mechanical draft control, (draft control is not included in the scope of delivery, it is supplied separately). It is also possible to control the combustion process using an electronic control unit and a fan (the control unit and the fan are not included in the delivery package).
